Suscinio's Castle

Located in the Rhuys Peninsula, a privileged place, close to the Atlantic Ocean and to the Gulf of Morbihan, the Château de Suscinio was, between the 13th and the 15th centuries, residence of the Dukes of Brittany. From the 18th century to the 1960’s, the castle was in ruins. In 1965, the Morbihan General council bought Suscinio, and has been, since then, underwriting its restoration.
